DLT Small Business Program Policy Statement
The company’s Small Business Program places special emphasis on soliciting, identifying, and utilizing Small, Small Disadvantage Businesses (SDB), Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Historically Black Community Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI), HubZone Small Business Concerns (HubZone), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) whenever opportunities exist. Towards this end, personnel responsible for business development, procurement and contracting operations will seek out and promote the competitive participation of diverse Small Businesses.
