CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an enrollment, please do so at least 7 calendar days prior to the course start date to avoid a cancellation charge. We will do our best to suggest suitable alternatives to your original training.

Cancellations 1-6 calendar days prior to the class start date will be charged 50% of assessed course fee. Participants who do not cancel and do not show will be charged full payment.

For any Education that you ordered which includes Technology Based Training (TBTs) that has been shipped to you, these are non-refundable.

In the event that Oracle University must cancel a scheduled class, we will always try to give at least 10 calendar days notification prior to the start date.

If you purchased the above from a reseller of Oracle products and services rather than from Oracle directly, the terms of your agreement with the reseller apply to your order and not the terms in this letter and any questions about your order should be directed to the reseller.
