- Electronic case tracking system
- Support lab
- Renewals infrastructure
- Fully-trained for each product, using Symantec’s internal Support Readiness Training (SRT) curriculum
In addition, TSPP members are continually monitored by Symantec to ensure quality of the support. Some of these criteria are:
