Lifecycle Risk Management
PMO is involved in all aspects of a services opportunity including bid qualification, proposal capture management and production, invoicing, and closeout. They work closely with our contracts department to make sure all responses are compliant with your contractual requirements.
They help confirm that proper contract vehicles are used, contract fees are properly accounted for, travel and expenses are priced, labor categories are properly utilized and staffed, and payment milestones are identified for firm fixed price engagements.
After award, a single PMO Project Control Accountant specializing in services manages each project for the life of the engagement. This individual serves as the customer and vendor single point of contact (POC).
The Project Control Accountant processes all vendor invoices against your PO contract requirements. They work closely with the delivery team insure hours and backup detail for travel and expenses is properly accounted for on time and material projects. For fixed price engagements, they confirm deliverables are made and milestones are met before invoicing.
The PMO is involved in every aspect of a services project from bid qualification to closeout. Their goal is to provide personal and immediate responses to all issues and requests. In addition to providing front-end capture management, they champion any post-award project related concerns, including contract, legal, billing, and performance/delivery issues.
