DLT Solutions, Inc. Expands Service Offering Through New Autodesk Technical Support Program
Autodesk Gold Support available for government customers exclusively through DLT

Herndon, Va., - (May 1, 2007) ? DLT Solutions, Inc., a value-added reseller of industry-leading IT products and services and Autodesk?s Master Government Reseller, today announced that it has been exclusively selected to offer Autodesk Gold Support to government subscription customers.

Autodesk Gold Support, a post-sale technical assistance offering, meets the highest standards of excellence for responsive, professional technical support. Previously, that support has not been available to government customers for Autodesk software products.

Autodesk?s new Gold Support program provides customers with rapid access to highly skilled technical experts with a broad range of experience. Only a very select group of companies have been authorized to market and sell Autodesk Gold Support, and DLT is the only company authorized to do so in the public sector.   • Toll-free telephone support Monday through Friday during normal business hours
  • Direct access to qualified technicians with target three minute maximum hold time
  • Online tracking and management of support cases
  • Up to four authorized callers
  • Target two-hour maximum response time
  • Local language support

In addition to providing Autodesk Gold Support and other manufacturer-provided technical assistance, DLT also directly provides services and technical support to government customers through DLT Professional Services and the 7x24 DLT Technical Service Center.
