Brian Strosser Joins DLT as Head of Sales, Field Engineering and 24x7 Service Center

Herndon, VA - (August 12, 2008) - DLT Solutions, Inc., a value-added reseller of industry-leading information technology (IT) products and services, today announced the launch of its newly formed Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Division headed by recently hired industry-veteran Brian Strosser. Three formerly disparate teams are being consolidated into this new division. The company is also planning additional investments for expansion and growth of the division.

"The addition of Brian Strosser as a vice president and the launch of this new division is just the first of many new initiatives we have planned," said Rick Marcotte, president and CEO of DLT Solutions, Inc. "Our customers' data protection and management needs - storage, security, and engineering support - are expanding and it is vital we are positioned to meet that demand. Bringing together the sales, support and services that we provide under a single, strong leader lays the groundwork to significantly grow this segment of our business."

In addition to the hardware, software and support sales for manufacturers such as SymantecNetApp and Quantum (formerly under the company's Information Assurance division), the EDM division will also encompass the DLT Field Engineering organization and the DLT Service Center. DLT Field Engineering provides public sector customers with industry-certified engineers to customize and complement services provided by DLT's manufacturer partners. The 24 x 7 DLT Service Centeris a member of the Symantec Technical Support Partner Program, providing first-call support to its government customers. DLT uniquely holds that distinction in the public sector market.

"The exponential growth of data and the need to securely and readily make it available both intra- and inter-agency coupled with challenging budgets is daunting for all of us," said Brian Strosser, vice president, Enterprise Data Management division of DLT Solutions, Inc. "I am committed to working side-by-side with our government customers, our strategic partners and our systems integrator clients to address these issues and help agencies achieve their missions."

Brian Strosser comes to DLT from NetApp where he most recently served as the director for U.S. Public Sector Channels and Emerging Markets after directing the Civilian and Intelligence sales teams. With more than 19 years in the public sector information technology industry including six years with Sun Microsystems, Strosser brings leadership experience with sales, services and channel to his new role, including teaming with government and industry at executive-levels.

"Brian and I are already analyzing many of his strategic ideas for the growth of the division," added Marcotte. "I expect to be making more strategic announcements about our initiatives for EDM in the coming months."
