NASPO’s Requirements

  1. A brief description of the item(s) to be added;
     
  2. The category the item falls under (i.e., SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS);
     
  3. An updated catalog/price list (Offeror’s price catalog should be broken into sub-categories for each service category. For example, for SaaS items, the price catalog should be divided into education SaaS offerings, e-procurement SaaS offerings, information SaaS offering, etc.);
     
  4. Contract level discount per cloud category, product line, or full price list;
     
  5. Any additional terms and conditions that accompany the additional items must be provided; and
     
  6. A certification from the manufacturer that the item meets all the RFP requirements and it accepts the Master Agreement. An email message will suffice. Redlines to the Master Agreement are prohibited. Any edits will be rejected.
