• Heritage Recorder Binders – Available in genuine or imitation leather or canvas, with sewn or post binding and custom covers.
• Plat Binders – Designed for large-format plats, bound in durable archival materials with imprinting and seal customization.

• Kofile Disaster-Safe Binder (DSB) – A patented binder engineered after Hurricane Katrina to function as a portable vault, protecting records from water, fire, pollutants, UV light, impact, and theft. Built with stainless steel components, security locks, and a microclimate environment, it offers unmatched protection.

Archival Boxes & Folders

Shelving Systems

Kofile provides 4Post™ archival shelving systems built to hold 50–65 binders per unit. These modular, boltless units are mobile-ready and designed for expansion with TrakSlider systems. Finished with powder-coated, environmentally safe paints, they deliver strength, durability, and archival compliance. Full installation, quality inspection, and re-shelving services are included.

Plat Cabinets

Enduro Plat Cabinets offer secure, durable storage for oversized documents such as plats, maps, and engineering drawings.
