Michelle Tebow believes success starts with asking questions, seeking answers and working collaboratively to solve problems. In her role as an Inside Account Representative on the Channel Sales Team, those instincts help partners tackle opportunities, navigate challenges and better leverage the resources available through TD SYNNEX Public Sector and DLT Solutions.
Having worked across the vendor, partner and distribution sides of the industry, Michelle brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to supporting today’s resellers and customers. Along the way, she even became a certified paralegal — an apt achievement for someone who possesses both a love of contracts and a natural passion for continuous learning.
In her current role, Michelle helps partners navigate the evolving public sector landscape by connecting them with the right people, resources and contract pathways needed to support customer success. Rather than approaching challenges through a single lens, she draws from her cross-functional industry experience to help partners uncover new opportunities, simplify procurement complexities and build more strategic, comprehensive solutions.
Outside of work, Michelle is an avid history enthusiast, gardener and writer. She also has a longstanding interest in paranormal investigation — a passion sparked years ago after unknowingly purchasing a haunted house. What began as a personal experience gradually evolved into a deeper appreciation for historical research, community engagement and preservation storytelling, including volunteering at local cemeteries and leading historical tours.
Interestingly, the connection between Michelle’s personal and professional interests is remarkably consistent. Whether researching history, investigating the unexplained or helping partners navigate the public sector ecosystem, her approach is grounded in the same core principles: keeping an open mind, cultivating meaningful relationships and understanding how individual pieces connect to form a larger picture.
