Scope: In the spirit of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, the Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC PAC), on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) (referred to hereafter as the “Government” or “DoD”) and DLT Solutions (the “Contractor”) enter into this Blanket Purchase Agreement, which includes all Attachments (collectively referred to as the “BPA”) as of the Effective Date 8.14.2024. The DoD ESI is a joint DoD initiative designed to develop and implement a DoD enterprise procurement process.
