Touhill, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Cybersecurity Operation and Programs at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In his insightful and practical message, Mr. Tourhill demonstrated that protecting our critical infrastructure is a team effort that requires vigilance and broad participation.
