Since 2005, DLT has been a provider of Symantec’s Technical Support Partner Program (TSPP). The engineers who answer your call are fully certified and required to attend the same training as Symantec support staff. Our engineers have access to Symantec’s Advanced Queuing to ensure that if we need to escalate your call to them, you are first in line.

We are also a member of the Symantec Partner Advisory Board and use our expertise to help shape Symantec’s support from a partner’s perspective.
